A third generation Oregonian, Deborah Boland, Deb to her friends, with husband Don and family, have watched enormous changes in our small mountain community and surrounding areas. As housing developments spring up, big box stores come to suburban Portland, roads become crowded and congested our mountain community becomes an even greater place to escape.

AS a mother of 4 grown children, all within 2 years, life can be challenging. Yes, one set of twins! It can also be a time to teach, learn and appreciate this mountain community we have called home for 30 years.
